Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes and ensure compliance while driving customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage NDC-12 readiness, work with IT, Master Data and cross-functional teams, and lead end-to-end order management initiatives to improve service levels and profitability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 5+ years in relevant field, or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Regulated pharma environment experience with serialized or partner-managed models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization, inventory, and partner ops.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical actions with IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including setup, service, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Marketing and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, tracking risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by engaging with industry discussions and external expectations.
