Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross‑business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams, and negotiate with customers.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent military degree required (U.S. E5 level or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and prepare/execute account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve CX results.
