Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business accounts for a global brand owner in personal care. You will build the sales plan, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to create a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams and may participate in global negotiations. The role emphasizes managing stakeholders, delivering growth, and coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
