Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand-owner relationships, primarily focused on personal care. You will manage direct accounts of varying sizes, develop annual sales plans, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a durable pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams and navigate both regional and global negotiations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above U.S. E5.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to deliver CX improvements.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
