Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role may involve global negotiations; travel and relocation requirements are variable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
