Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow strengths, explore opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and may engage in select global negotiations or projects, with a regional focus and potential global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent (US E5 or Canadian rank).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long-term trade-offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
