Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand-owner relationships in personal care, while managing additional direct accounts. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, explore new opportunities, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

The role demands coordinating cross-functional teams, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship/support available.

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at 'expert' level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
