You will manage direct accounts, build annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to create a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

Travel may be required, and relocation is not anticipated. The role emphasizes negotiating, pricing, and delivering value across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence for consideration.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in customer management or sales.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business relationships with key accounts.
• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes while guiding cross-functional teams.
• Leverage market intelligence to refine strategy and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Coach junior staff and manage stakeholder deliverables.
• Utilize CRM and pricing tools at an expert level to drive CX improvements.
• Balance short- and long-term tradeoffs for win-win solutions.
