Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships and manage direct accounts. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate pricing, and drive growth across regions. The role may involve some global negotiations and travel based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long-term trade-offs and articulate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
