Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross‑business brand owner relationships focused on personal care. You will manage direct accounts, craft annual sales plans, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will coordinate multi‑stakeholder initiatives, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive growth while navigating global negotiations when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
