Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Customer Engineering professional in the U.S. to partner with Account Executives and customers, guiding technical conversations and demos. You'll scope and lead proofs-of-concept, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and help drive ROI with Mixpanel’s platform.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and travel as needed to support customers across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Engineering or related role.
• Proven track record of qualifying and selling technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Experience in data querying, modelling, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for prospects on data architecture and business outcomes.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
• Lead technical qualification in deal cycles and deliver customised demos.
• Scope and execute proof-of-concept projects to establish value of Mixpanel.
