Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Customer Engineering professional in the United States with strong Spanish and English fluency. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify technical opportunities, deliver customised demos, and guide customers through proof-of-concept projects, focusing on data architecture and business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS sales engineering or related role.
• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with SQL/dbt/Python.
• Excellent written, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for data architecture, governance, instrumentation, and business outcomes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to earn trust and influence decisions
• Lead technical qualification for customer use cases and deliver customised demos
• Scope and execute proof-of-concept projects and establish success criteria
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue and be the technical contact for customers
• Partner with post-sales teams to translate pre-sales value into post-sales results
• Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders in your book of business
• Act as the Voice of the Prospect to feed product insights to the team
