Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a seasoned Customer Engineer to join our team of analytics consultants. You will embed with enterprise customers, qualify technical use cases, and deliver customised demos to executives, while translating business value into measurable ROI.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Account Executives on revenue opportunities, scope PoCs, and guide customers through complex data workflows using SQL, dbt, Python, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• 6+ years in a SaaS Sales Engineering or related role.
• Ability to discuss APIs with developers and business value with CIOs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor on data architecture, governance, and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
• Lead technical qualification for use cases and deliver customised demos.
• Scope and execute PoCs with prospect leadership to prove value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
