Mixpanel is seeking a Customer Engineer to work remotely from the US, partnering with Account Executives to qualify technical use cases and deliver customised demos. You will articulate both technical requirements and business value to developers, product managers, and senior leaders.

In this role, you will lead the technical qualification, scope proofs of concept, and guide analytics implementations across prospect organizations, helping drive ROI on Mixpanel investments.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record of qualifying and selling technical solutions to executives.
• 6+ years in SaaS Sales Engineering or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted technical advisor on data architecture, governance, and analytics solutions.
• Engage with prospects and customers to qualify technical needs and drive deal cycles.
• Deliver customised demos and articulate business value of analytics platform to executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue and translate value propositions into outcomes.
• Lead technical qualification for use cases and collaborate with customer teams on proofs-of-concept.
