Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for LATAM to work remotely from Texas, US, supporting enterprise customers across the Americas. You will lead technical demos, scope proofs-of-concept, and guide customers through data architecture decisions while partnering with sales and product teams.

The role requires deep SaaS technical know-how and strong business acumen to drive value. You will collaborate with Account Executives and engineering teams to deliver tailored analytics solutions,

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English for executive-level conversations.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
• A demonstrated track record of qualifying and selling technical solutions to executives.
• 6+ years in SaaS Sales Engineering or related role.
• Experience with data querying and transformation tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor on data architecture and business outcomes.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to earn trust and influence decisions.
• Bridge technical and business teams to define success for proofs-of-concept.
• Lead technical qualification for use cases and deliver customised demos.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with post-sales to translate pre-sales value into post-sales results.
• Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders in your book of business.
• Share feedback with Product from prospects to shape roadmap.
