Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of SaaS metrics and business value translation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-suite alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
• Oversee onboarding, technical health, and serve as primary engineering contact for customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Maintain a trusted advisory relationship across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
