Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical acumen across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers and build bespoke architectures.
• Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical health for customers.
• Drive account expansion through QBRs and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Act as trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual tasks and accelerate value.
