Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture
• Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics understanding and ability to translate business value
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio (Security, Networking and Developer Platforms)
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: Lead onboarding and implementation, acting as the primary executive and engineering contact; own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Carry a variable quota tied to new business and growth; lead QBRs translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives
• Trusted Advisory: Maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through renewal and expansion
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Use AI-Augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and free time for strategic customer advisory
