Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. You will drive technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and demonstrate value through PoCs and ongoing engagements.

You will partner with sales to ensure adoption, monitor telemetry, and guide customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
• Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy for customers.
