Job summary
Cloudflare seeks a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy and act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients. You will bridge technical strategy and business value through onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion.
You will be a quota-carrying technologist working with Account Executives to ensure rapid time-to-value, monitor health, and pursue expansion opportunities while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to reduce toil and accelerate
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
- Proven track record in SaaS or enterprise tech sales environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and map customer requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
- Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion with enterprise clients.
- Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into business value.
