Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market efforts, manage the technical relationship from discovery through to adoption and expansion. You will operate as a quota-bearing technologist, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin tasks and focus on architecting solutions.

The role requires strong communication, broad security and networking knowledge, and experience supporting enterprise customers across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role or similar advisory position.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese for Hong Kong customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and build architectures with Account Executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Drive platform adoption and identify cross-sell opportunities with data insights.
• Conduct QBRs translating capabilities into business ROI.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks.
