Job summary

Cloudflare is hiring a Customer Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA, to drive the technical relationship from discovery to long-term adoption and expansion. You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist within the GTM org, partnering with Account Executives to own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategies.

You will leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value architectural design and measurable business outcomes across the customer

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
Own onboarding, implementation, health, and expansion for customers.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform capabilities into business ROI for executives.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding, renewal and expansion.
Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
