Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to operate in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging technical details and executive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and deliver bespoke architectures and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Oversee technical onboarding, installation, health, risk, and expansion strategy with customers.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account growth; drive QBRs for ROI translation.
• Maintain continuous executive relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
