Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, bridging technical details with C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures with Account Executives.
• Oversee onboarding, technical health, risk and expansion strategy for assigned customers.
• Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth; conduct QBRs translating technical capabilities to business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, including renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value customer advisory.
