Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infra, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with quota-carrying or revenue-aligned experience.
• Excellent communication with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, health, risk, and expansion strategies.
• Own quarterly business reviews translating platform value to ROI for executives.
• Maintain trusted advisory relationships across the customer lifecycle.
• Use AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and enable advisory work.
