• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics understanding and enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
• Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth; translate platform value for executives.
• Act as trusted advisor across lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory.
