Job summary

Cloudflare, a global leader in internet security and performance, is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy across Security, Networking and Developer Platforms. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through long-term adoption and expansion, operating as a quota-bearing technologist.

You will partner with Account Executives to ensure deep platform adoption, oversee onboarding and health, and lead technical QBRs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure and modern developer platforms.
• Proven ability to translate technical work into business value and engage with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and demonstrate products and PoCs.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, health, risk, and expansion strategies with account executives.
• Conduct QBRs to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and accelerate advisory work.
