Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support global project management teams across industrial and office sectors. You will guide cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering to ensure projects meet scope and financial targets.

The role demands extensive cost estimation expertise, strong MS Office skills, BIM/CostX experience, and a track record on international construction projects. Remote arrangement with multiple US locations is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Define budgets for construction projects across stages.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures.
• Provide cost estimates from prelim to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
• Support project teams with cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with PMs to deliver on client targets.
