Colliers Global Occupier Services seeks a Senior Cost Estimator to provide ongoing cost management for a multinational client. You will set budgets, identify risks, and guide PMs in cost control across pre- and post-contract stages.

Role requires 10+ years in cost estimating, expertise in industrial benchmarks, and familiarity with BIM/CostX. Remote work across multiple US locations with a strong focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management.
• Special knowledge in cost benchmarks for industrial buildings.
• Ability to review cost plans for quality and accuracy before approval.
• Strong understanding of contract types (Design-Bid-Build to Design & Build).
• International experience on industrial construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for effective cost management.
• Define budgets for construction projects based on requirements, procurement strategy and contract type.
• Identify significant cost risks and mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed level.
• Support cost optimization via value engineering and negotiations with the General Contractor.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
