Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to manage cost processes for large industrial and office projects. You will support project managers and real estate teams with cost planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation across multiple global locations.

The role requires international experience, strong knowledge of contract types, and proficiency with BIM, CostX, and MS Office. Remote work is available with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre- and post-contract).
• International experience on industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office; BIM, cost databases; familiarity with RIB iTwo or CostX.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Support PMs in defining budgets based on project requirements and contracts.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures.
• Provide cost estimates across project lifecycle from preliminary to detailed.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with the general contractor.
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager for project success.
