Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our Enterprise Project Management team. You will act as a subject matter expert supporting project managers and the real estate team across global accounts.

Responsibilities include developing cost management processes, budgeting, and risk mitigation, with emphasis on accuracy and value engineering. Prior experience on industrial construction projects is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre/post-contract).
• Understanding of industrial buildings cost benchmarks and influencing factors.
• Ability to review cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Support PMs and real estate team with accurate budgets across projects.
• Identify significant cost risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and report forecasts.
• Support cost optimizations and negotiations with GC via Value Engineering.
• Collaborate closely with PM for overall project success.
