Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator for its Global Occupier Services team. You will act as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing cost management support to project managers and the real estate group on large industrial and office accounts.

You will develop, implement, and maintain cost-estimating processes, define budgets, identify cost risks, and guide cost control from pre-construction through post-contract stages, leveraging BIM, CostX and other cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; construction management/engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre-contract and post-contract).
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial facilities and related cost factors.
• Ability to critique cost plans for quality and accuracy before approval.
• Strong understanding of contract types (Design-Bid-Build, Design-&-Build, cost-plus etc.).
• Must have international experience on industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with BIM and cost databases.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Define realistic budgets for construction projects with PM input.
• Identify significant cost risks and mitigations in collaboration with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed levels across project life cycle.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts to safeguard budgets.
• Support value engineering, pricing, and negotiations with contractors.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
