Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational client within Enterprise Project Management. You will provide expert cost planning for industrial and office projects, guiding budgets and cost control across the project lifecycle.

Role requires international experience, proficiency with BIM and cost databases, and familiarity with tools like RIB iTwo or CostX. Remote work available, with locations listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Cost Estimating and Management (pre-contract and post-contract) required.
• Special knowledge in cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related cost-influencing factors.
• Ability to review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for cost management.
• Guide and support PMs in defining budgets for construction projects.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Provide cost estimates throughout project lifecycle from preliminary to detailed.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts to safeguard budget.
• Support PM in Value Engineering, price and claim negotiations with General Contractor.
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager for overall project success.
