Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational client, overseeing cost planning across industrial and office sectors. You will serve the central Real Estate team, guiding project managers and specialists in budgeting, cost control, and procurement decisions, with an emphasis on accuracy and value engineering across stages.

The role requires 10+ years in cost estimation, a related degree, and familiarity with BIM, CostX, and iTwo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre- and post-contract).
• Special knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to review and challenge cost plans for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Guide PMs and real estate teams in budgeting for construction projects.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Provide estimates from preliminary to detailed levels.
• Evaluate cost control measures and forecast accuracy.
• Support cost optimizations through value engineering and negotiations.
