Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities on complex projects. You will coordinate with engineers and discipline group leaders to ensure accurate budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes developing data-driven cost strategies, preparing reports, and mentoring junior staff; travel up to 25% may be required. The position supports the company’s mission and growth across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• CCP or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of capital and service costs and scope change management.
• Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and programs.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals, and negotiations.
• Coordinates scope changes and defines discipline data requirements.
• Creates quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates to estimates.
• Prepares budgets and cost reports; analyzes data for decisions.
• Maintains relationships with project personnel and guides staff.
• Supports development of other staff and adheres to company mission.
