Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities across projects in the United States. You will manage data collection, develop budgets, and prepare cost reports while coordinating with engineering leads and project personnel.

The role requires a 10+ year track record in cost engineering, CCP/CEP/CPE certification, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizen with certification from AACE International (CCP/CEP/CPE) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of capital and services cost, scope change management, and project controls.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and multiple discipline software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities for projects.
• Develop budgets, cost reports, and data analyses to support decisions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and discipline leads to prepare data for estimates.
• Mentor staff and ensure schedule adherence and quality control.
