Qualifications

• US citizen status required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards, programs, and reports.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manages scope change and coordinates data for accurate estimates.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates to quantities.
• Prepares budgets and coordinates cost reports; analyzes data.
