The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management, CCP certification, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/Office skills and ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cost data, budgets, scope change management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost recording, reporting standards, and analyses.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and verify quantities.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports per procedures.
• Support project manager and staff; ensure schedule adherence.
