Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis and control activities across project teams. You will guide discipline engineers, manage data, and ensure alignment with the project schedule and objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in cost-related fields, and a CCP certification or equivalent. Expect travel up to 25% and a focus on accurate reporting, data-driven decisions, and staff development.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation/controls.
• CCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost recording, reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards, programs, and reports.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Coordinate with Engineering to produce required data for the estimate plan.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports.
• Collect and classify cost engineering data and perform data analysis.
