Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis and control activities. You will guide project teams, sustain schedules, and mentor staff while upholding the company mission and values.

The role requires a BS degree in Engineering/Construction and 10+ years of experience, with CCP certification preferred. Travel up to 25% may be required; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or similar certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost recording, reporting, and analysis; develop data for budgets and cost reports.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Support scope change management and data coordination with Engineering and other sources.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates to quantities.
• Prepare budgets and coordinate cost reports.
• Collect and classify cost engineering data and perform analysis.
