Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, while leading project teams and maintaining schedules. The role involves coordinating with engineers and discipline group leaders to drive project goals and staff development.

The candidate should have a BS in Engineering/Construction Management, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a Certified Cost Professional certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in related industry.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP/CEP/CPE) certification required (AACE/ASPE).
• Knowledge of scope change management and earned revenue data.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and reports.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assists with scope change management and data coordination.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates to quantities.
• Prepares budgets and coordinates cost reports.
• Collects and analyzes cost engineering data.
• Supports project manager and team in achieving project goals.
