Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis and control activities. You will drive budgets, schedules and reporting while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineers and project leaders.

Ideal candidates hold a CCP certification, a 10+ year background in cost engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. This is an on-site role with travel up to 25% across project sites.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification: CCP from AACE International or similar.
• Knowledge in cost estimation, reporting and change management.
• Proficiency with engineering, procurement, contracts and startup processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contracts.
• Leads cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Coordinates scope change management with Engineering teams.
• Prepares budgets, cost reports and data analysis.
• Maintains project schedule and supports staff development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification
