Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification (CCP-AACE, CEP-AACE, or CPE-ASPE) required.
• Knowledge of cost engineering, scope change management, and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Lead cost control reviews and ensure project schedule alignment.
• Coordinate cost reports and data analysis for discipline teams.
• Maintain relationships with engineers and discipline group leaders.
• Support staff development and uphold company mission and values.
