TNT Growth Corp is seeking a Senior Conversion Tracking & API Engineer for remote, international hire. You will own production-grade tracking across browser, server, CRM, and ad-platform APIs, collaborating with Growth Managers and client teams.

You will design signal taxonomy, implement cross-domain instrumentation, and ensure accurate attribution with robust data pipelines. Strong TypeScript skills and experience with GTM, GA4, and CRM integrations are essential.

Formación

• Senior-level, hands-on production experience with complex conversion tracking across multiple platforms.
• Experience mapping CRM objects and lifecycle stages with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience implementing consent-aware tracking and privacy controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain client-side and server-side conversion tracking across major platforms.
• Build and maintain CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and related event pipelines.
• Implement and debug instrumentation across GTM, GA4, and platform pixels; ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Lead end-to-end QA, reconciliation, and production operations with synthetic tests.
