Straddle, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the measurement and conversion machinery for its commercial motion.

You’ll own the data spine, connect CRM, telemetry, and revenue, and define the funnel stages across direct, platform, bank, and partner motions. You will instrument sandbox activation, build honest multi-touch attribution, and ensure the CRM remains the system of record for all tools.

Formación

• GTM systems engineering experience in revenue ops or marketing engineering.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and SQL; can build services and pipelines.
• Strong CRM architecture and data quality discipline from scratch.
• Experience with production integration of multiple systems via APIs/webhooks.
• Built dashboards and KPIs used by commercial teams and defended numbers.
• Prioritized instrumentation and attribution before growth initiatives.
• Aware of platform terms and compliance constraints in payments.
• Excellent ability to explain systems to commercial stakeholders with evidence.
• Proven AI-native workflow experience for research and drafting.

Responsabilidades

• Build the data spine connecting CRM, telemetry, and revenue.
• Integrate the stack around the system of record and own sync logic.
• Standardize funnel stages with separate motions for each channel.
• Instrument sandbox and activation metrics for visibility.
• Create honest multi-touch attribution and split revenue by source.
• Own KPIs and dashboards showing funnel, activation, and pipeline metrics.
• Define ICP and signal framework backed by observable buying signals.
• Develop outbound when justified by segmentation and data quality.
• Automate repetitive work with real code where applicable.
