Job summary

engine, a fast-growing travel and spend management platform, is expanding its Growth Engineering function. The Senior Growth Engineer builds production-grade systems to identify accounts, prioritize opportunities, and boost Sales and Growth effectiveness.

This role blends rapid experimentation with durable system building, collaborating with Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations to scale customer acquisition across verticals. Remote or hybrid work is available depending on role needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience on production apps.
• Strong system-design fundamentals and architectural decision making.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, internal tools, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools, services, and automations that accelerate Sales and Growth workflows.
• Identify and operationalize data signals to source and prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Build pipelines and integrations connecting external data sources with Salesforce and GTM systems.
• Ship production-grade applications with sound architecture, security, and scalability practices.
• Partner with sales reps and Growth leaders to surface friction and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Prototype quickly, run experiments, measure impact, and graduate successful ideas into durable systems.
