Ghost is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the systems powering its growth engine. You’ll work directly with founders to build enrichment, scoring, sequencing, and AI-driven engagement across CRM and outbound stacks. This 100% remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

You’ll design and ship revenue-driving pipelines, attribution, and lifecycle signals, collaborating with a small, fast-moving team in an async-friendly, remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years across growth engineering, RevOps, or GTM systems — ideally with time as a software engineer or technical builder
• Hands-on fluency with modern GTM tooling: enrichment (Clay or similar), outbound platforms, CRMs, and email infrastructure
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and scripting — you build the integration rather than filing a ticket for it
• AI-native instincts: you reach for agents and automation first, and you can evaluate when they're actually better
• A track record of shipping systems that made a measurable difference to pipeline or revenue
• Clear written communication and high independence — you define the goal, then go get it

Aufgaben

• Increase revenue by building the infrastructure that identifies, routes, nurtures, and converts high-quality brand demand
• Own and evolve the outbound engine: enrichment, lead scoring, sequencing, deliverability, and reply routing
• Build lifecycle marketing flows and the signals that trigger them — from first touch to booked demo to live campaign
• Own attribution end-to-end: pixels, server-side conversion APIs, and the dashboards that show which bets drive demos and revenue
• Ship internal AI agents that make sourcing, qualification, and follow-up faster every week
• Build the instrumentation and operating cadence that gives the team real-time visibility into what's working and where leads stall
