Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a (Senior) GTM Engineer based in the United States to build and scale a modern go-to-market engine that drives business growth in a B2B environment.

You will connect data, buying signals, automation, and AI to transform commercial processes into scalable, high-performing systems, designing workflows that prioritize leads and automate campaigns across CRM and GTM platforms. This fully remote role offers ownership and technical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Several years of GTM engineering or RevOps in B2B environments.
• Experience with Clay and n8n.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM systems.
• Experience with data enrichment, lead scoring, routing, and automated campaigns.
• Strong business orientation with focus on pipeline growth.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify buying signals and translate into automated GTM actions.
• Build data enrichment, ICP fit, and purchase intent evaluation workflows.
• Develop personalized outbound campaigns based on data and signals.
• Implement lead/account prioritization and routing.
• Maintain CRM automations and data flows with GTM tech stack.
• Develop and scale integrations using Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Design experiments to measure performance and iterate.
• Systematize successful experiments into scalable processes.
• Optimize GTM infrastructure to improve pipeline, conversion, revenue.
