Job summary

Close is seeking a Staff GTM Analyst (USA Only, 100% Remote) to partner with GTM leadership and build self-serve, trustworthy analytics. You will own metrics, data models, and semantic layers that guide acquisition, conversion, and revenue decisions.

You’ll work hands-on with SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and BI dashboards, bridging technical and business teams while pushing AI-enabled analytics forward. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into data-driven recommendations.
• Expertise in GTM data, attribution, and channel definitions.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and model funnel from first touch through paid conversion across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and ad platforms.
• Explain anomalies and drivers of performance to leadership with clear, actionable insights.
• Forecast, model tradeoffs, and decide on next steps with the team to drive impact.
