Owner is seeking a Lead, GTM Analytics & Applied AI to own analytics for Sales or Marketing, partnering with CRO/CMO to drive high-impact opportunities and build AI-powered systems. This 100% remote role can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

You will design, measure, and optimize GTM motions, ship AI-powered tools, and guide a pod of analysts to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics, strategy, or operations experience.
• Shipped data products, models, or AI-powered systems into production.
• Claude familiarity and SQL/Python skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM analytics for your function and drive KPI visibility.
• Strategize spend and GTM motion with CRO/CMO.
• Direct the analytics and AI pod and guide associates.
• Build AI-powered tools and automated outbound campaigns.
• Experiment with new channels and build repeatable playbooks.
• Accelerate impact with AI across analytics and workflows.
